TrailTransfer (“we”, “us”) operates trailtransfer.com, an independent information resource about long-distance trails. This policy explains what personal data we handle.

You can use this site without an account, and we do not ask for personal details to read any page. We collect only aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics about which pages are read, and whatever you choose to send us if you email a correction.

What we don’t do

We do not sell personal data, we do not run a mailing list, and we do not build advertising profiles. We have no logged-in area, so we store no passwords.

Your rights

If you have emailed us, you can ask at any time for a copy of that correspondence or for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will act on it.

Messages sent to the contact email are stored and sorted by an automated tool so the team can read them, and they are used only to reply to you.
